The World Customs Organization (WCO) and the European Union (EU) are partners in a project called “COLIBRI”, which aims to step up international coordination and efforts with the aim of combating organized crime and the challenges posed by illicit trafficking in Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as in West and Central Africa. The COLIBRI Project is part of the Global Illicit Flows Programme (GIFP) of the European Union. The Geoportal and its main features are developed within the framework of the Project and are entirely dedicated to the monitoring and control of General Aviat.
